Dr. Steve Salmi is the founder of Corporate Psychologists, a trusted advisor to business leaders for over 25 years and the author of Strategic Executive Success: Achieve the Best for Your Company, Your Customers, and Your Future.

He also serves as a Vistage Chair and executive coach, guiding peer advisory groups of CEOs and senior executives dedicated to driving personal growth and organizational excellence.

Steve holds a PhD in Psychology from The Ohio State University and brings deep, applied expertise in executive selection, succession planning, leadership development, and team effectiveness. He has partnered with organizations ranging from Fortune 50 corporations to high-growth startups across a wide variety of industries—including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, energy, and professional services.

A respected speaker and thought leader, Steve has presented at national conferences and leadership forums. His insights have been featured in scientific journals and leading business publications, demonstrating his ability to translate data and research into results that matter in the real world.

Mickalene Thomson

Mickalene Thomson joined Corporate Psychologists in 2016, bringing over 15 years of experience in organizational support across a range of industries, including government, finance, and healthcare.

As a coordinator and executive administrator, she plays a vital hands-on role in ensuring smooth business operations. She oversees various responsibilities, including finance, data tracking, vendor management, and project coordination.

Known for her ability to maintain order in complex environments, Mickalene is dedicated to providing a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. She supports coaching and assessment processes by offering clear communication and guidance throughout, contributing to overall efficiency and professionalism.

Mickalene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Human Development and is currently pursuing graduate studies. Outside of work, she enjoys vacationing to National Parks and Tunisian crochet.
