He has extensive experience in designing and implementing talent management systems, including employee retention, multi-rater feedback, leadership development programs, succession planning, competency modeling, and performance management.
Steve serves as a trusted advisor to a wide range of industries, with concentrations in manufacturing, health, retail, education, and professional service firms. He has expertise working with technical, sales, and leadership positions.
Steve earned his MA and PhD in Psychology from the Ohio State University. He has presented at national conferences and professional workshops on topics such as executive selection, succession planning, and team effectiveness, and he is published in numerous periodicals and scientific journals.
