Steven W. Salmi, Ph.D. For over 20 years, Dr. Salmi has consulted to a broad range of organizations, from Fortune 50 companies to growth oriented startups. He works closely with these organizations on the identification, development and retention of the talent needed to compete in this economy.  He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of talent management systems, including employee selection, multi-rater feedback, leadership development programs, succession planning, competency modeling and performance management. He takes great interest in helping organizations create innovative cultures. At Corporate Psychologists, he is the President and CEO.

Over the years, he has served as a trusted advisor to a wide range of industries and organizations with concentrations in manufacturing, health, retail, education and professional service firms.  He has expertise in working with technical, sales and management positions.

Steve is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA),  Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MPPAW), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from The Ohio State University.

For over 14 years he has served as a volunteer with the Greater Twin Cities United Way.  In addition, he is currently serving as Vice President of his church and is chairing the search committee for a new pastor.  Recently, he also co-chaired the Breck Lower School Annual Fund. 

 

Brandon A. Sullivan, Ph.D. is a strategic problem-solver with a passion for customizing talent management solutions to an organization’s unique culture and strategy.  Dr. Sullivan has extensive experience ranging from individual leadership assessments to designing talent strategies for the fifth largest workforce on the Fortune 500.  After 5 years leading an international assessment and survey team at Target, he knows what it takes to make talent management really work.  In 2010, Target recognized him with a Strategic Priority Award for leading the creation of an enterprise-wide competency model that supported key business strategies.  Dr. Sullivan then led an initiative to create job families which helped Target translate its competency model into more effective and fully integrated talent management solutions for all 355,000 employees worldwide.  He also played a key leadership role in designing a new total-company selection strategy.

Dr. Sullivan has deep expertise in the science of talent management.  He has presented at national and international conferences on topics ranging from identifying high potential talent to employee survey strategies.  He has published in top scientific journals and has received awards from the Academy of Management, American Psychological Association, and Association for Psychological Science.

Carol Curoe, MBA is the founder of The Langlee Group, Inc., a strategic partner of Corporate Psychologists.  She has 20 years of business, leadership and human resource development experience and is recognized for developing strategies, people, and processes that deliver business results.  She has served as a senior executive in the retail industry, focusing on strategic talent management, organizational development, and human resources management.  Ms. Curoe has a B.S in Civil Engineering, an MBA in International Management and a M.A. in Human Resource Development.

 

Jess Richey is the project coordinator at Corporate Psychologists. She provides organizational support, customer service, technical support and coordinates projects and services.  Jess has a B.S. in International Business and Economics from the University of Saint Catherine, St. Paul.

 

Jenny Gales is the administrative assistant for Corporate Psychologists. Jenny provides office support and organization. She graduated from Central College in Pella, IA in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.  She minored in Spanish and Not-for-Profit Management.
